Case study · Full marketing partner
One marketing
control centre
for Azeidk.
Azeidk is not a single-service company. It delivers general contracting, MEP and electromechanical works, firefighting and fire-alarm systems, CCTV, maintenance and technical supply across Saudi Arabia and Egypt. RX became its marketing department — turning a wide scope into one clear, consistent and sales-ready brand.

Many services.
One clear story.
Azeidk had real strengths — systems, approvals, branches, agency brands and a busy sales team — but every request was being handled on its own: a post here, a proposal there, an offer on WhatsApp.
Different audiences needed different entry points: engineers and consultants want technical clarity, contractors and facility managers want reliability, procurement teams want documents and prices. The brand needed a structure that served all of them without becoming noise.
Input → RX direction → output.
Input

RX direction
Clear wording, visual order, service architecture, platform versions and sales-ready materials.
Output
A stronger, clearer and more consistent presence across every digital and business touchpoint.
Content that educates —
and sells.
Bilingual awareness series on fire safety (true-or-false quizzes, the most common system mistakes, readiness checks) alongside product and service campaigns built to drive WhatsApp inquiries.

The Azeidk mark
A home held by two hands — protection, care and craftsmanship. Every campaign, profile and booth we produce is built around it.
International fire-safety, security and technology brands represented or distributed by our clients — launched and promoted in the market by RX through Azeidk and the Falcon group, from exclusive agencies to global names.

Maintenance, priced
by the metre.

Launching the brands
Azeidk represents.

A milestone,
celebrated.
The 15th-anniversary campaign — and a series on what Azeidk means: safety, trust, innovation, quality and leadership.

Not just for
companies.
An awareness series that took fire safety from factories and offices into people’s homes.

Products people
want to buy.
Clean, high-resolution product imagery for catalogues, price lists, social posts and the website — fire alarm devices, suppression cylinders, valves, pump sets and safety equipment from the brands Azeidk represents.

Launching the brands
Azeidk represents.
As exclusive agent for several international fire-safety brands, Azeidk needed launch and product campaigns for each one — designed to the Azeidk system while respecting every partner brand.
