Why is the consultation paid?

It’s a working session with our team — not a sales call. You get focused, practical advice on your brand, marketing, website or LinkedIn. Want to hire us for a project instead? Send a free brief.

How do I pay?

When you book, you see our payment details straight away and we email them to you. After you transfer, upload the receipt on the same page or send it on WhatsApp, and your time stays on hold until we confirm the payment. Your booking is confirmed by email and WhatsApp as soon as the payment is received.

Which currency will I pay in?

Prices are shown in the local currency of the country you are browsing from, and you pay the amount shown on your booking.

What if I don’t pay in time?

Your time is held for 24 hours on Standard, 12 hours on Priority and 2 hours on Urgent bookings. After that, the time is released for others.

Can I reschedule?

Yes — once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the call. Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — you get a full refund if we cancel, or if you cancel at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, and sessions that have already taken place, are not refundable. See the full consultation terms.

Is the fee credited if we work together?

Not automatically. The consultation is a paid professional service on its own. If any credit towards later work applies, it is written into the commercial proposal we send you.
