01About these terms

These terms of use (the “Terms”) apply to rx-designer.com and every page, form and piece of content on it (the “Website”). The Website is run by RX Designer (“RX”, “we”, “us”), a marketing and business solutions studio and a member of IYDEX Group.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.

You must be at least 18 years old to send us an enquiry or a job application.

02Using the website

You are welcome to browse the Website, share links to it and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• send false, misleading, offensive or unlawful information through our forms, WhatsApp or email;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the Website by automated means, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or any connected system, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• interfere with the Website’s normal operation or security, or overload it;
• pretend to be RX Designer, IYDEX Group or any of our clients.

We may restrict access to the Website, or to parts of it, if we believe these Terms have been broken.

03Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including its design, text, graphics, photographs, videos and code, and the RX Designer name and logo — belong to RX Designer or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Work we created for our clients appears in our portfolio with their permission. The client names, logos, trademarks, products and materials shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe our work. Their appearance does not mean that those owners endorse anything beyond our work with them.

You may view the Website and share links to its pages. You may not copy, reproduce, edit, republish, sell or otherwise use any content from the Website — including portfolio designs, images and films — without our prior written permission or that of the relevant owner.

04Portfolio, results and figures

Our case studies describe real projects for real clients. Results, figures and timelines relate to those specific projects at the time they are described, and depend on many factors outside our control. They show the kind of work we do; they are not a guarantee that another project will achieve the same results.

Follower and connection numbers on our LinkedIn showcase are taken from public profiles and refreshed regularly. The date of the last update is shown on that page, and live profiles may show different numbers between updates.

The websites we built are owned and operated by our clients. Their content may have changed since we delivered them.

05Enquiries, proposals and our services

Our forms prepare a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp or email. Sending an enquiry, a brief or a message does not create a contract, and we may decline any enquiry.

The services we provide are governed by a written proposal, quotation or agreement confirmed by both sides. That document sets out the scope, fees, timeline, payment terms, ownership of deliverables and other conditions. If it differs from these Terms, it takes priority.

Prices, packages and timelines mentioned on the Website or in conversation are for guidance only until they are confirmed in writing. A proposal is valid for the period stated in it.

06Paid consultations, payment and refunds

You can book a paid online consultation with our team on our Book a consultation page. These terms apply to every consultation booking.

• Price and currency: the price depends on the type of consultation you choose (Standard, Priority or Urgent) and is shown in the local currency of the country you are browsing from. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.
• Payment: when you book, you choose to pay by bank transfer (InstaPay or Vodafone Cash in Egypt) or online through a secure payment link. We show you the payment details straight away and email them to you. If you pay by transfer, send us your receipt (upload it on the booking page or send it on WhatsApp) and we keep your time on hold until we confirm the payment. Your booking is confirmed by email and WhatsApp once the payment is received in our account. A receipt that has already been used for another booking is not accepted, and the booking is cancelled.
• Confirmation: your time is held for 24 hours (Standard), 12 hours (Priority) or 2 hours (Urgent). Your booking is confirmed once payment is received, and we then send you the meeting link. If payment is not received in time, the time is released.
• Rescheduling: you can move your consultation once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before it starts, subject to availability.
• Fee credit: the consultation is a separately paid professional service. Its fee is not automatically credited or deducted from any later project, audit or subscription; a credit applies only when it is written into a commercial proposal approved by RX Designer.

Refunds

• If we cancel or cannot hold your consultation, you get a full refund — or, if you prefer, a new time.
• If you cancel at least 48 hours before the session starts, you get a full refund.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, the fee is not refunded. You can still use your free reschedule up to 24 hours before.
• After the session has taken place, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refundable.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank. To cancel or reschedule, reply to your booking email or contact us at studio@rx-designer.com.

07Job applications

Applying for a role through the Website does not create an employment relationship or an obligation to hire. You confirm that the information and materials you send are accurate and that you have the right to share them, including any portfolio work. We handle applications as described in our Privacy policy.

08Links and third-party services

The Website links to, and uses, services run by others — such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google, social media platforms and our clients’ websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

09Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the Website accurate, up to date and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or current.

The content of the Website is general information about RX Designer and our work. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, RX Designer, IYDEX Group and their staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Website or any website linked from it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law. Our liability for the services we provide is set out in the agreement for those services.

11Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through the Website, WhatsApp, email and phone, and your rights in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE and Qatar. It forms part of these Terms.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from the moment they are published, and by continuing to use the Website you accept the updated Terms.

13Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you amicably. If that isn’t possible within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — unless a written agreement between us says otherwise, or the mandatory law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim there.

14General

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we have not waived it. These Terms, together with our Privacy policy, are the complete terms for using the Website.
